Who’s Running The Competition?
This giveaway is run by the owner of this website (referred to as “me”, “we”, “us”, or “the Promoter”). It isn’t sponsored, supported, or associated with any third-party platform unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Who Can Enter?
You must be 18 or over to enter, unless stated otherwise. Unfortunately, we can’t accept entries from employees of the Promoter or their immediate family members.
How to Enter
Entry details will be shared on the giveaway page. No purchase is necessary. Please follow the instructions carefully. Entries that don’t meet the requirements may not be counted.
When Does It Run?
The opening and closing dates will be clearly shown on the giveaway page. Entries received after the closing date won’t be included.
The Prize
The prize is a book chosen by us.
There’s no cash alternative, and the prize can’t be swapped, transferred, or exchanged.
The prize has no monetary or secondary value beyond receiving the book itself. Winning doesn’t come with any additional benefits or compensation.
Shipping & Location Limitations
We’ll do our best to send the book by post, but please note that some countries or regions may not be reachable due to postal restrictions, costs, customs rules, or logistics beyond our control.
If we’re unable to ship to the winner’s location, we may need to:
- Choose another winner, or
- Cancel the prize for that entry
Sadly, we can’t offer an alternative prize or compensation in these cases.
Choosing & Contacting the Winner
The winner will be picked at random (or by another method if stated on the giveaway page) from all valid entries. We’ll contact the winner using the details provided.
If we don’t hear back within a reasonable time, we may select a new winner.
Delivery Details
The prize will be sent to the address the winner gives us. We can’t be responsible for:
- Incorrect address details
- Postal delays, lost items, or customs-related issues
Liability Stuff (The Not-So-Fun Bit)
To the extent allowed by law, we’re not responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment that comes from entering the giveaway or receiving the prize.
Your Data
Any personal information you share will only be used to run this giveaway (for example, contacting the winner and posting the book). We won’t use it for anything else or share it unnecessarily.
Changes or Cancellation
If something unexpected happens, we may need to change, pause, or cancel the giveaway. If that happens, we’ll do our best to be fair and transparent.
