Richard W. Bown is a novelist and software engineer who has spent thirty years building IT from the rise of the internet to the AI bubble. Each cycle promised to change everything, but instead left behind an increasingly puzzled trail of people.
Human Software, his debut novel, grew out of what it actually feels like to be inside these systems where money, ambition and greed go together.
His second novel is currently in progress.
